We are a full-service janitorial company looking for committed and trustworthy employees.
Our company cleans executive office buildings, financial institutions, medical facilities, schools, and more.
Job Duties would include:
Training each new employee thoroughly in the basic skills of cleaning, products, cleaning procedures, time management, building familiarity, and overall cleaning tasks.
Be prepared to fill in on behalf of an employee who is ill, detained, or otherwise absent from work.
Perform building inspections to determine the cleaning condition of a building or to assess an employee’s performance.
Additionally, you are expected to maintain close communication with the office staff in regards to how each training shift runs and the quality of work our new employees are showing.
Supervise special projects such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing, or VIP cleaning.
